Tim and Eric (yes, I know I’m posting about them AGAIN) have unleashed a torrent of Shrek the Third promotional material.  However, (here’s the rub), they have absolutely no stake in Shrek the Third.  The best part is that there are people on YouTube and Facebook who are outraged that Tim and Eric are shamelessly shilling the flick, not realizing that it’s all a joke designed to ridicule summer movie marketing.

Today, I even got this email from the head of Tim & Eric’s group on Facebook…

Dear Members,

If you haven’t heard, Tim and Eric sold their
souls to Dreamworks. Check www.TimandEric.com . Check their youtube.com
account. It’s a f*cking disgrace, and we need to let them know that we
aren’t going to lose them to Corporate America. Join with me in a
boycott of Shrek the Third until that movie comes onto DVD.

I can’t believe how pissed off people like this guy are!  Tim and Eric are clearly insane geniuses.  This is one of the best stunts I’ve seen in a long time.

Oh my GOD - I found one of the many other Stephen Pratts out there on Facebook and
this is what he looks like. Oh my GOD. Please don’t let him be a real
mime ninja, read this post, travel out from Richmond, Virginia to
Vancouver and kill me in my sleep with nunchuks. Is he a ninja? Is he
